Portal is the gateway AAM is building to interact with its partners and clients in the cinema industry and to support them through the transition to digital and beyond.

A wide range of services are being developed for this community platform, like:

  • Hotline: Integrators and exhibitors partnering with AAM benefit from a dedicated, multilingual hotline system. In case of failure or when maintenance has to be done on a projection system, exhibitors can open maintenance tickets by phone and follow up the resolution of their problem via the web. This allows AAM to keep them updated about the progress while creating a common knowledge base available to all partners to consistently improve the quality of service delivered.  
  • Issue & Ticketing System: Each local partner has secure access to their  own Issue and Ticketing System. When a site call to open a ticket, they are automatically transferred to their preferred local partner and a ticket is generated. Integrators can then update the maintenance ticket then close it when a solution has been found.  
  • Monitoring: Through Portal, AAMs partners can have access to a full and real time monitoring system and can see what happens at the sites they installed or with equipment they manufactured. And many other features are under development, like KDM and content delivery services, content and asset management, booking systems, paper-free invoicing and so on
